The D&B FFA/4-H Discount Card Program is for TACK, FEED, and VET SUPPLIES for your CURRENT ANIMAL PROJECT.
You must present the discount to the cashier before each purchase.
The discount is good for the current year only. Member should apply annually
The discount does not apply to items that are already on sale.
This discount is limited to FFA/4-H members that can pick up merchandise at a D&B Supply location in Idaho or Oregon.
By participating in this discount program, the 4-H/FFA member's parents agree to receive the D&B Supply email newsletter.
The form must be completed by the member's parent or gaurdian. By completing this form, you attest to its accuracy.
