Schleich Dracorex

Item #DBS_2033720

The Dracorex was a small herbivore that lived in North America during the Late Cretaceous period. The Late Cretaceous period was 145.5 and 65.5 million years ago, and it was the younger of the two epochs when the Cretaceous period was divided into the geologic timescale. The shape of the head and its long nose resembled a dragon; that is why it was named Dracorex, its scientific name meaning dragon king.
