D&B Supply is currently accepting applications/resumes of qualified candidates for our Asst. Mgr Training program. This program is designed to help develop individuals who have the aptitude, desire and drive to become part of the store operations management team. With 13 locations throughout southern Idaho and eastern Oregon, we like to spend time training and mentoring those who are interested in developing a career in store operations. Qualified candidates must have previous supervisory experience in a retail or similar setting. College degree is preferred, not required. Familiarity with the products we carry is a big plus. If you have previous retail management experience, we encourage you to apply. With locations from Twin Falls-Idaho to Pendleton-Oregon, you MUST be willing to relocate to any D&B Supply location once your training is complete. It is customary for these individuals to spend 1 year at a treasure valley location, then move to another treasure valley location for their 2nd year. Once training is complete, they will be eligible to become an Asst. Manager at any of our locations throughout the company.
